Who We Are

SSO is an independent, non-profit NGO/Community-Based Organisation committed to humanitarian principles and human rights, focusing on the most vulnerable members of society, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and refugees. The organisation addresses the challenges of forced displacement and conflict by providing essential assistance in Somalia, aiming to protect refugees and IDPs from persecution and promote sustainable solutions.

What We Do

SSO delivers community-centred humanitarian protection and resilience programs across Somalia.
We work directly with displaced and vulnerable communities to provide immediate lifesaving assistance and foster durable solutions to crises.
